Lawsuit Against Malcolm Schools Prompts Bullying Awareness For Other
It took a lawsuit against a Nebraska school district to step up bullying prevention statewide. The lawsuit proclaims that students were not supervised thus opening the door for bullying type behaviors. The exact behaviors were not mentioned. It was also not mentioned if there was a sole victim or if it was a group of parents representing children who have been bullied based on that particular school's supervision policy.
