Parents Sue School District Over Bullied Son - News Story - WFTV Orlando
Ned Charles IV is a 15 year old teen with cerebral palsey who was bullied at Tuskawilla Middle School in Seminole County, Florida. The teen was badly beaten to where "he had bruises all over his legs and his hands were skinned up", according to his father, Ned Charles III. The bully stomped on his head and stomach which caused Charles to end up in the hosptial. The bullying went on for days, even after Charles complained to the school about the beatings and bullying, the school did nothing.
It is three years later and the Charles family hired an attorney and is suing the school board. This apparently is a growing trend in Florida and the nation.
