Lawsuit filed by 2 Seneca cheerleaders over cyber-bullying allegations dismissed :: The Republic

Two Seneca cheerleaders were found to have been cyber-bullying student[s]. The particulars are unclear as to what the two cheerleaders had perpetrated. Whether they had posted threats on a social networking site or made derogatory comments through texting. Nevertheless their actions caused their actions were apparently so severe it caused their dismissal from the cheer leading squad. In turn the girls filed a lawsuit claiming a violation of their First Amendment rights. As reported, that lawsuit has been dismissed.
